Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
Provide writing material as for presentations and/or speeches geared toward internal and external.
Control database validity and able to identify opportunity integration of marketing efforts and processes to improve the customer experience and cross-sell results.
Oversee and analyze customer satisfaction survey result.
Oversee, analyze, and train front liners to improve level of service.
Assist and analyze in responding to customer complaints.
Responsible in creating and helping new product for production (from idea to the finished product)
Doing Market and Business Planning to justify the newly product idea
Execute and implement the business and marketing plan
Requirements:
Male / Female; max 30 years of age.
University Graduate in any discipline, preferably from Marketing Management or Computer Science.
Having basic knowledge in common Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Having at least 1 year working experiences in relevant communication or marketing.
Good written and verbal English ability
Project management skills
Process Development skills
Highly motivated, independent, responsible, and reliable
Excellent human relation, communication, and presentation skills
Team player, confident, team leader, and quick learner.
Computer Literate, experience with Powerpoint presentation
Having driving license (car or motorbike) is a plus.
