Perform daily financial transactions & accounting procedures
Perform daily accounting procedures
Maintain records of stocks
Report to Purchasing Manager
Perform daily correspondence with head office ( Jakarta )
Manage PO and payment
Coordinate with freight forwarder for sold goods
Create weekly & monthly report
Desired Qualifications:
Female < 30 years old, D3/S1
Fluent in English
Proficient in Office / Outlook
Knowledge of formal correspondence
Excellent communication skills
Attention to details
Highly motivated and willing to learn
