Responsibilities:
Reporting to the President Commissioner of the company and board of the business unit, you will be responsible for the overall management and operations as well as the targets and profitability of the business unit.
Requirements:
Degree from recognized institution and possess good technical and engineering knowledge.
Preference with background and experience in managing plants and marketing in mineral process products or steel mill.
You should have good understanding of finance and relevant general management experience in manufacturing operations with proven record of at least 5 years of experience in senior position in manufacturing industry.
Ability to write and speak fluent Indonesian is compulsory.
Ability in dealing with people of different seniority and social-cultural background and possess strong business acumen and people management skills
Able to write good business report to corporate management and the Board of Directors of business unit
It is a prerequisite for the candidate to be of high moral standing and possess characters of honesty and integrity
