Internal Audit Manager
Responsibilities:
To Ensure that the Internal Control of the Company are in accordance with the standards of COSO & SOX
To Create, develop and deliver Audit Strategy, audit Plan and audit program
To Manage and lead a team to conduct audits
To provide audit report
Requirements:
Maximum age 40 years old, Male preference.
highly motivated and proactive with excellent communication skills in Bhs Indonesia and English
Hold Bachelor Degree in accounting, economic or equivalent from reputable university.
Comprehensive understanding PSAK
Good knowledge and implement Sarbanes Oxley Act/ SOX and COSO.
Understanding the operational activities on the Contractor Mining / Oil & Gas is preferable
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
