Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Handle all receptionist functions
Handle a wide variety of secretarial duties including correspondence, document translation from Bahasa Indonesia to English (v.v.), travel arrangements, etc
Assist with a number of office administration functions
Assist with expatriate formalities
Assist in maintaining filing system
Requirements:
Female
Age between 20-30 years old
Graduate from a secretarial Academy, Business Administration Department, English Language Department or has other relevant background
Excellent English skills, both written and oral
Professional, pleasant personality, polite and outgoing
Diligent, reliable, pro-active with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work well with other people within a multi disciplined environment
Good computer skills including MS Word and Excel
Previous relevant working experience an asset
