HR Performance Management Analyst
Responsibilities:
The incumbent will be responsible to build concept and strategies in performance management. Not only that, you have to be an implementer of your "people" concept. As an implementer, you should be a change agent, sensitive enough of problems, eager to dealing and handling people problems not as "things" problems.
Requirements:
Interest with Human Resources, have experience in performance management at least 3 years
Great interpersonal skill and understanding people behavior
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
