Equipment Manager (EQP-M)
Responsibilities:
Main Roles:
Manage the Equipment maintenance strategy which includes application & operations
Performance analysis, technical engineering, equipments health and component life cycle management
Manage the process of planning and scheduling of PM, Component Change Outs and Backlog, based on Maintenance Strategies
Manage equipment daily operations process performing PM, PCR, backlog and breakdown, performing all "health" task
Organize, control and evaluate the development of maintenance plan, ensuring parts and all resources availability capital forecasting, inventory forecasting and capacity forecasting.
Requirements:
The incumbents must have relevance experience in power generations business, heavy equipment or mining, oil and gas industries, with qualifications as follows:
Degree in Engineering, Business, Financial, Marketing or relevant background, Master Degree is preferred
Relevant experience of 7 - 10 years
Strong willingness to learn, driving best result, committed, good team work, open and respectful and enabling positive energy to the organization
