Responsibilities:
BRIEF ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
To create, conduct and monitoring all activities in Training process
Monitoring Training activities
Make TNA
Responsible for all Training Process
Used to be a Trainer
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong personality and confidence.
Must possess effective planning, organizing & controlling
Effective problem solving and good analytical thinking.
Able to work under minimum supervision.
Must possess good language skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia both spoken and written.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
Required skill(s): Create, Conduct, Prepare and Analize Training.
Required language(s): English.
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
Full-Time positions available.
