Berca Retail Group is a fast growing distributor & retail company dealing with International Sports & Fashion brands, NIKE, NIKE Golf, Umbro, AND 1, League, Benetton, Sisley, Geox, Aerosoles, invites highly qualified candidates for the following position :
Bussiness Development Manager ( BDM )
Responsibilities:
To Locate and negotiate the best for new potential store, doing survey & proposing the feasibility prepare all the new administration
Store re – modeling and enhancement toward to the newest store concept and standard
Handle all retail store development related to the developer / other party in term of leasing agreement for new, existing shop, relocation also store closing.
Working closely to the Brand, Store Renovation, Purchasing also finance department
Requirements :
Bachelor degree from any major reputable university.
Male / Female (Female preferred)
At least 3 years experience in Bussiness Development Manager (store leasing).
Excellent communication skill and good command in English
Computer Literate.
