Requirements:
Male, max 45 years old
A university degree or equivalent
At least 5(five) years in manufacturing company and preferably from management capacity
Performance driven, resourceful and energetic individual with strong collaboration skills
High level of integrity and strong business acumen
A strategic thinker with strong leadership and planning skills
Having high willingness to learn
Honest, self starter, highly initiative, well organized and willing to work hard
Strong analytical skill and logical thinking
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
Able to work as a team and result oriented
Able to work under pressure
