Territory Sales Manager - West Java
Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a growth strategy in defined geographic area (West Java)
* Work with the team to drive development and delivery of new products and services to meet customer needs and improve customer and partner satisfaction
* Perform customer needs analysis and develop key account strategies
* Lead the team to meet sales objectives, improve productivity, increases revenues and maximize profitability within the given territory
* Develop strong long รข€" term business relationship with key account customers/partners by evaluating and understanding the customer business to best fit with the chosen products/services
* Function as customer advocate
Requirements:
* A minimum of 5-8 years relevant experience
* Track record of sales or business development in leveraged model
* Demonstrates SB/Reseller familiarity
* Demonstrates product knowledge
* Adept at organizational agility
* Hold minimum Bachelor degree
* Well knowledge in software related products
* Well understood in given territory (West Java) especially on tapping better market and executing it with impact full sales strategies.
* Persuasive in selling and well understood in handling objections
* Possesses effective leadership skills especially on motivating and leading the team
* Have exposure in dealing with West Java regulator and media

Senior Analyst Programmer
Requirements:
* General Requirements:
o Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or other relevant major disciplines
o Minimum 3 years experience as Analyst Programmer in website industries
o Experienced at leading analysis and design for enterprise application
o Experienced at architecture analysis, design planning and scheduling
o Experienced at monitoring work progress and performance
o Have professional system analyst certification (preferable)
o Excellent in English (spoken & written)
o Have a leadership and practical experience in leading a team
o Team player with a positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills
o Able to working under pressure
o Well documented; can communicate ideas and solutions easily.
# Technical Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
* Possess practical experience in Zend Framework is a MUST
* Strong foundation in SQL queries.

Responsibilities:
* Service Desk Analyst is the first point of escalation for Customer Users Incidents, Requests or Changes. Upon receiving a Customer User contact, the First Level Support Analyst either resolves the contact or refers the contact to the appropriate resolution group, to the establish Operating Level Agreements (OLA) and QHSE standards.
Requirements:
* Minimum Diploma-3 degree graduate in IT, Computer Science or Electronic from respected polytechnic/university with high GPA
