He must support the manufacturing for the hydraulic assembly, and be able to troubleshoot all hydraulic installations.

o The Engineering department requires an additional Industrialisation engineer to ensure the manufacturing is based on updated drawings. Standard product is continuously changing due to the equipment availability on the market and minor modifications requested by the client. For each proper model drawing, complete BOM and Masterlist have to be transmitted to the manufacturing team.

* Responsibilities

* Collect the correct documents for each order and give to the manufacturing 40%

o Apply or write the proper procedure to fill the database
o Collect drawing from designer and check the final assembly
o Provide the masterlist and BOM for each product to the manufacturing (1 per month)

* Handle the modification of standard products 40%

o Adapt new engine, modification of electric pump to mechanical one, cooling system, basic hydraulic
o Clutch, bolt and weld assembly
o Bearing choice & calculation (force lifetime, assembly analysis)

* Reply to client request 20%

o Check information from supplier or data sheet and reply to the inquiry

Requirements:

Performance basic maintenance of mechanical water pumps.
Perform operations of mechanical water pumps, this will include starting and stopping the pumps as appropriate; check oil and fuel levels before starting the pumps and filling the as necessary.
Ensure that the pumps are working properly and water reservoirs are always filled.
Report any mechanical problems immediately to the office compound manager/ Urban Watsan Engineer.
Ensure that the water pumps are kept clean at all times.
Fill in and maintain an up to date pump fuel consumption sheet/log.
Fill in and maintain up to date pump operation hour's sheet.
Do the preparation of chemical use in water treatment plant and coordination with Urban Watsan Engineer.
Performs routine check to the water pipes used at the water treatment site and reports immediately any damage to the Office/Compound manager/Urban Watsan Engineer.
Ensure that no vehicles runs over the pipe used at the water treatment site.
Pumping water to the tank and other vehicles collecting water from the treatment facility.
Responsible for the security of all ARC asset and materials at the water treatment site.
Maintains the compound and surrounding of the water treatment site clean and tidy.
Ensure that there are open drains to clear all logged water at the water treatment site.
Clean the water tanks whenever request by the Office/Compound manager /Urban Watsan Engineer.
Keep awake at all times when on duty.
Assist with any other duties as required by Office/Compound Manager/Urban Watsan Engineer.

Having strong knowledge to design production processes for new or existing production line, manual and semi automatic assembly line machines, jigs and fixtures.
Knowledge on MTM or Time Study will be more advantage.

Test & Mechatronics Engineer (TME)
Qualification :

Degree in Electronic / Electrical / Mechatronic Engineering from reputable university with min. GPA 3.0.
Having 2 years experience in manufacturing company as Test Engineer of electric or electronic products.
Able to write/modify test programs and understand control system.
Familiar with Robot Concept, PLC (MODICON), HMI Mangelis), Visual Basic 6 or .netVisual C++, Servo Motor / Stepper Motor, Pneumatics system.
