Dibuka, Lowongan Kerja Bagi 300.000 PNS

KABAR baik bagi yang berminat jadi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara untuk tahun 2008 akan membuka lowongan untuk 300.000 PNS . Jumlah sebesar itu akan ditempatkan di seluruh Indonesia.
Dari total jumlah tersebut, Kementrian PAN akan mengalokasikan 250 ribu formasi untuk pemerintahan provinsi dan kabupaten/kota serta 50 ribu formasi untuk pemerintahan pusat.
''Pertimbangannya untuk efektivitas kebutuhan lebih banyak di daerah,'' ujar Menpan Taufiq Effendy usai membuka rapat koordinasi nasional pengadaan PNS 2008 di gedung Manggala Wana Bhakti, Jakarta, Senin (4/8).
Menurut Taufiq, jumlah efektif yang akan dialokasikan untuk pelamar umum tahun ini berjumlah 217.000 formasi karena 83.000 formasi dialokasikan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan tenaga honorer di pusat dan daerah. ''Untuk honorer itu telah ditentukan sejak tahun 2005,'' katanya.
Dari jumlah 83 ribu untuk honorer, dibagi lagi menjadi 17 ribu formasi untuk tenaga honorer di instansi pusat dan 68 ribu formasi untuk tenaga honorer di daerah. ''Jumlah tenaga honorer yang kita terima 920.702 orang, sisanya yang belum diselesaikan 163.565. Tahun ini akan diselesaikan 83 ribu, tahun depan 83.565,'' jelasnya.
Untuk PNS non honorer alokasi untuk setiap instansi ditentukan berdasarkan permintaan dari masing-masing instansi dan pemerintah daerah.
''Tiap daerah mengajukan formasi, kita lihat, terus kita pelajari tenaga yang diminta, ada berapa di daerah itu. Kalau memang sudah banyak ya kita tolak. Kita lihat tenaga yang betul-betul diminta itu apa. Jangan sampai meminta yang sudah banyak,'' ujar Taufiq.
Menpan akan memverifikasi kebutuhan tenaga PNS yang dibutuhkan masing-masing instansi pusat dan daerah. Taufik juga menegaskan bahwa alokasi terbesar dari formasi PNS yang disiapkan akan diberikan untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tenaga pendidik dan tenaga kesehatan.
Soal tuntutan agar mengangkat seluruh guru bantu dan sekdes jadi PNS, Taufiq mengatakan, tidak akan memberikan alokasi guru bantu tanpa data resmi dari Depdiknas dan alokasi sekdes dari Depdagri. ''Tanpa data itu kami tidak bisa memverifikasi,'' katanya.
Anggota Komisi II (bidang Pemerintahan) DPR RI Jazuli Juwaini meminta pemerintah lebih selektif menyeleksi pegawai negeri sipil. ''Sejak proses awal pendaftaran, seleksi, sampai pelatihan pra jabatan harus transparan dan berkualitas,'' katanya.
Menurut politisi asal Jawa Barat itu, kualitas birokrasi di Indonesia juga ditentukan oleh input atau calon pendaftar. ''Kalau rekruitmennya KKN atau masih ada sistem titip selamanya reformasi birokrasi tak akan jalan,'' katanya.(Sumber: Riau Pos)
