Job Vacancy for PT.NOVELL PHARMACEUTICAL

We are a leading domestic pharmaceutical company and currently expanding into International market. With aggressive Marketing team, therefore we are establishing a strong HR team that requires :
I. Improvement Supervisor (IMP-E)
Responsibilities:
evaluating key parameters in each department, Job Description, writing new SOP, improving results of those key performance indicators.
Requirements:

* Previous experience in the improvement type of activities min 2 years.
* Proven track record in creating improvement in result of key parameters.
* Understanding of Balance Score Card, ISO, Six Sigma, SOP writing is a plus.
* Bachelor degree, max 30 years old
* Team players, with excellent strong communication skills

II. Payroll Staff and Supervisor (PRL-E)
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance.
* Mature, analytical, independent, persistent,
* willing to work under pressure and good communication skill.
* Familiar with Windows programs (MS Word, MS Excel).
* Female. Max 25 years old for staff, and 30 years old for Supervisor.
* Experience min 2 years for Supervisor.

III. SALES MANAGER (SM-E)
Responsible for managing sales growth of ethical products in Indonesia.
Requirements :
* Min 5 years experience in sales management of pharmaceutical products, managerial level.
* Computer literate and knowledge of tender/institution business is a must.
* Good relationship and communication, ambitious, dynamic, excellent leadership and management capability.
VI.PRODUCT MANAGER (PM-E
Responsible for managing growth sales of pharmaceutical products. You will be handling 5 group products.
Requirements :
* Bachelor degree in Pharmacy/Medicine/Biology.
* Min 3 years experience in managing ethical products, preferably with proven sales track record in pharmaceutical company.
* Max 35 years old.
* Experience in launching new chemical entity product is a plus.
* Excellent managerial and presentation skill.

V. BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER (BIM-E)
Responsibilities:
evaluating business process and key parameters in each department, proposing changes in business process, writing new SOP, improving results of those key performance indicators, and evaluating business results based on proposed changes.
Requirements :
* Previous experience in the improvement type of activities of min 5 years.
* Previous experience in managing operation of department and managing subordinate.
* Proven track record in creating improvement in result of key parameters.
* Understanding of Balance Score Card, ISO, Six Sigma, SOP writing is a plus.
* Team players with excellent strong communication skills.

VI. INTERNATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER (IMM-E)
Responsibilities:
* manage sales and product management team in other countries as well as preparing marketing plans for specific products or countries.
* manage overseas buyers for contract manufacturing activities and handling exportation of products.
Requirements :
* Min 10 years in sales/product management of ethical pharma products.
* Proven track record in successful launching of new products.
* Experience in managing field force and required computer system.
* Excellent written and spoken English.
* Knowledgeable in profit & loss, excellent leadership and communications skills.
* Pharmacist is a plus.

I. Geologist Supervisor and Staff (code: GEO) - Kalimantan
* Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in Geologist job
* Male
* Age 23-35 year
* University degree in Technical Geology with GPA 2.75
* Good health, smarth, good personality and hard worker.
* Software literate such as map info, auto cad, mine scope
* Ability to work in team and can be a leader
* Have capabilities to write an geological report with standart report foe each drilling report and Exploration report, etc.
Job Description :
* Responsible for day to day exploration activities such as drilling, mapping, etc.
* Following the project schedule with optimizing the drilling equipments effectively.
* Ensure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration.
* Pitch design and cost opening pitch.
* Geological data, well side.
* Responsible to data singkapan and data bor
* Responsible to pattern coal, prospect area and pit control

II. Logistic Head (code: logH) - Kalimantan
Resposibility:
You will be responsible of Logistic activity in site as fixed plan and target, with safe, efficient and effective way.
Main Role:
* Save distribution of mining
* Prepare for hauling operational procedure at mining operation based on fixed plan and target.
* Monitoring in implementation of hauling operational procedure done with good, efficient and best way.
* -Responsible for shipping related mining
* Responsible in execution of Safety, Health, and Environtment in mining operation.
* Responsible in target achievement from production hauling
* Controlling of manpower usage with efficient.
* Stockpile Management
Requirement:
* University degree from reputable university majoring Industrial Engineering, Management or others engineering.
* Min 2 years in mining operations and have managerial level.
* Understanding in hauling mine operation like Overburden and Coal Production, Hauling Road maintenance,
* Stock Piling, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment , shipping and Supporting.
* Have strong character.

III. Hauling Supervisor (code: HLS) - Kalimantan
Resposibility:
You will be responsible of hauling activity in site as fixed plan and target, with safe, efficient and effective way.
Main Role:
* Prepare for hauling operational procedure at mining operation based on fixed plan and target.
* Monitoring in implementation of hauling operational procedure done with good, efficient and best way.

Requirement:
* Min 2 years in mining operations and have managerial level.
* Understanding in hauling mine operation like Overburden and Coal Production, Hauling Road maintenance,
* Stock Piling, Fleet Management, Heavy Equipment and Supporting.
* Have strong character.

IV. Project Manager (code :PM) - Kalimantan
Qualifications :
* Indonesian Nationality with 3-4 years experience in Mining Company.
* Male
* Age 35 – 45 year.
* University degree from reputable university majoring Technical Geology, Mining Engineer with GPA 2.80.
* Software literate such as auto cad, Microsoft Project.
* Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker.
* Ability to work in a team and can be a leader.
* Have capabilities to write reported, management crisis, time critical, schedule project, strong critical analysis, and cost budget.
* Have capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each drilling report and Exploration report etc.
Job Description :
* Responsible to progress reported for a day to day exploration activities such as drilling, mapping etc.
* Following the project schedule with optimizing equipments effectively.
* Ensure to manage any problem that incurred during the exploration.
* Responsible to schedule project, cost project, critical path analysis and manage team.
* Responsible to coordination and maked relationship with government involved in project.

V. Mine Plan and Mine Production (code: MPE) - Kalimantan
Qualifications:
* Indonesian Nationality with 2 years experience in Mine Planning Design and Engginner.
* Male
* Age 23-35 year
* University degree in Mine Engineer (Geologi) with GPA 2.75
* Good health, smarth, good personality and hard worker.
* Software literate such as auto cad, minescape, design, surpac
Job Description :
* Ensure that Mine & Production Plans reflect production requirements and logical progressions.
* Review short term quality data for planning purposes and compare with production requerements.
* Review long term planning with off sites resources.
* Mentoring of the company planning engineers in update Planning Software and hardware.
* Review capabilities of the company planning sataff and make recommendations as to potential, training needs.
* Mine plan related to fleet utilization
* Pit design based on SR (Stripping Ratio)
* Mine Sequences.

VI. KTT/Production Head - Kalimantan
Qualifications :
* Indonesian Nationality with 5 years experience in Mining Company.
* Male
* Age 37 – 50 year.
* Have Sertificate of KTT
* University degree from reputable university majoring Technical Geology, Mining Engineer with GPA 2.80.
* Software literate such as auto cad, Microsoft Project.
* Good health, smart, good personality and hard worker.
* Ability to work in a team and can be a leader.
* Have capabilities to write reported, management crisis, time critical, schedule project, strong critical analysis, and cost budget.
* Have capabilities to write an geological report with standard report for each drilling report and Exploration report etc.
* University degree from reputable university majoring Technical Geology, Mining Engineer with GPA 2.80.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Production Manager or Assistant Production
* Manager capacity is required for this position.
Job Description :

* Drive Continuous Improvement in all aspects

VII. Tax Accounting Staff (Code: TAS)
Qualifications :
* Indonesian Nationality
* 1 years experience as Accounting , preferably in mining company.
* Male/ Female
* Age 20 – 25 year.
* S1 Accounting/Finance or related majoring in Finance
* Candidate must competent in Brefet A-B
* Computer Literate and able to use Zahir Accounting Software.
* Honest and accustomed to do planning, control and supervision.
* Display initiative and able to interact with all level of employee.
* Can work independently as well as in a team.
